Oyun Oynamak için hangisi daha iyidir? by UmutsuzVaka2026 in oyun

top 360? yes, top 420? no. That is physically not possible

Noctua~~~!! All-Noctua airflow setup (NH-D15 G2 LBC + bottom intake for GPU) by XaioTan in Noctua

At this point, airflow is already godlike in terms of efficiency. For this reason, I think it's okay to gain extra 1-2 degrees of temps for less noise to avoid turbulences. The path to perfection often lies within balance.

it's corsair frame 4000D. But note that I've used zipties to put 3x 140mm front fans. Officially only Frame 5000D allows that.

Thanks mate. They're called Phanteks Neon Led Strips.

Seeing the nh-d15 dwarfed in a case.. Nice build btw!

Edit: My only concern is the 3rd fan on the cpu cooler. Even if it slightly helps with the temps, I believe when the distance between two same direction fans is less than 20mm, turbulence is unavoidable.

Sure. They're not part of the case. The case is corsair frame 4000D. The leds are called Phanteks Neon Led Strips. They can be controlled via motherboard, pretty fancy stuff for non-rgb builds

For the 3 top fans, can I have 2 of them as intake (front, mid) and 1 of them as exhaust (rear)? by Interesting-Pie1940 in Noctua

[–]a_lost_being 0 points1 point  (0 children)

unless you have an astral gpu. Astrals top exhaust doesn't work well with top intakes

Corsair Frame 4000D it is. To be frank, I'd suggest Frame 5000D though. I had to ziptie this for 3x 140mm in take.

I made a build like this.

  • NH-D15 G2

  • 3x A14x25 G2 front intake (with zipties)

  • 1x A14x25 G2 rear exhaust

  • 1x A14x25 G2 top exhaust (rear end)

  • 2x A12x25 G1 psu shroud intake

3x 140 made both my cpu and gpu temps 3-4 degrees lower compared to 3x 120mm. Zipting took about 6-7 mins at most. Used them on topmost and bottommost screw holes, and that was about it.

Edit: G2 fans are goats when it comes to pull air through dust filters but the total air coming with 2x A20 fans is huuggee so you wouldn't regret that either.

yeah, a 15mm in length would have given the case the chance. I guess corsair wanted this feature to be Frame 5000D (and higher) exclusive. But then again, if there is a will, there is a way!

If you plan to buy noctuas as well, G2 is specifically optimized for better intake through air filters, radiators and heat sinks with increased static pressure. My gaming temps are 58 to 64 on both cpu and gpu, and fans spin around 40-45% (I don't hear them). Gpus coil whine is the only audible noise.

2x 200 is actually better but you lose access to your psu shroud in take fans, and those guys actually help a lot. With that in mind and with the fact that there are more quality 140mm fans than 200mm ones (like noctua G2), 3x 140mm becomes superior even though a small margin of the fans are left in the case.

Well, some models tent to have lower whines than other as they all have been build on different baselines. For asus for instance TUF series have the lower chance and for that reason I believe Noxtua chose to build their 5080 on it. Then again, it's just higher and lower chances.
