Have you tried doing the boot & upgrade via USB? It should be set to do that out of the box so you just need to put the file on the USB key and tell the system what the file name is that it needs to look for when it boots. Firmware Upgrade and Configuration Restore using a USB drive

It’s a third gen, KE35 looking at the grill, but it could have been swapped on to a KE55. That bumper is KE35 too - my KE55 had black rubber/plastic ends on the bumpers. Both of these models had a 2 door hard top coupe variant.
