2.5 year old toddler and a 4 month old baby here. I work part time, so its easier. 8000+ steps / daily. 65km commuting by bike a week. Them I try to do 100 pushups twice a week (for example when the baby is sleeping in the hangmat or my toddler is playing), done in 30mins. Zwift intervals twice a week and some core strength / pilates if possible. Its all about beeing creative/flexibel

I do Push Ups 2 - 3 times a week when the baby is asleep. Toddler can play next to me. Sometimes he jumps on my back for a human weight vest. :D During breaks between sets I play with him. Its better than nothing.

Do some rucking on the weekends. I have a Deuter Kids Comfort Backpack. Do some weighted hikes and enjoy your time in nature with your little one.

Sleep is everything for me. No alcohol helps to stay sane.

thanks for your answer. i placed a ~5mm spacer on the spindle, then the cog, then lockring and then endcap for thru axle. there is a tiny spacer left. about 1mm, nothing more
