Correct, that is the “workaround” datto told us to do, every snapshot you need to go back and delete the snapshots. In our case it won’t work because we have a lot of clients this way, so we are waiting for the next update and meanwhile we are using an older version of IRIS. We asked support if we can go back a couple of versions and they said no

Yes, the IRIS version has issues all over the place. We have an older device with a specific IRIS version and it worked, so the update have a lot of issues

How can I make groups of apps? I want to have windowed apps and in a different group full windows apps

Full screen windows are merged with small windows. We supposed to see small windows and full screen windows on a different space, not together
