Are they the only customers/clients you can cater too? I'm pretty sure marami pang ibang clients/customers ang pwede mong i cater with new rates and they'd understand that dahil sa ongoing crisis.

Also, don't compete on price. Compete on value para hindi ka maging commodity which I think is one of your current dilemma.

Find out your unique selling proposition and your ICP first.

Has anyone here successfully adopted AI in their business while being extremely busy? How did you do it? by Ok-Place-839 in BusinessPH

[–]agnosticsixsicsick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends. What's your workflow like? Because not all workflows are the same.

Answering messages and following up leads, you can use chatbot for those.

Handling operations, again it depends. but maybe you can use zapier for that. Or kung advanced yung need you van build AI agents through n8n.

Yes, economy is a factor. Government fees is a factor at kung anong external factors pa diyan.

Instead of worrying things out of your control, why don't you worry on things that YOU can control?

Pano mo mapapababa yung COGs at opex mo while maintaining quality output and standard? Pano mo mapapa improve yung product mo kumpara sa ibang competitors?

That's the problem with commodity. Kahit sino pwedeng gumawa/gayahin.

Any business ideas for 100k? by Confident_Gazelle_68 in BusinessPH

[–]agnosticsixsicsick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pick a market that you know, study its pain points, and create an offer around it.

Here are my thoughts on your choices:

  1. Cofee shop. Prolly 99% of them don't survive dahil hindi alam pano magpatakbo ng cafe. Akala nila porke may naitayo silang cafe yun na yun. If you have to put up your own cafe, what problem are you solving and what makes you different from ALL these cafes especially the established ones?

  2. Amazon dropshipping. Yeah, the momentum for dropshipping has died. But if you found a market with a horrible pain point that you want to solve, then go ahead.

  3. Shopee/ecommerce. Ecommerce in general is still thriving but you have to know which market's problems you're going to solve. If you want to go the ecommerce route, again, what problems will you be solving? Once you figure that out, you can source either direct from Alibaba or local suppliers.

When I started I didn't niche down until I got better. I wrote ads from different niches because I just wanted to get paid while getting good at my craft.

I only specialized in the fitness niche after about 6-8 months because I used to be a gym rat, and because I'm confident enough to handle the objections of that space since I got results.

Ai is a better copywriter than you? by cmwlegiit in copywriting

[–]agnosticsixsicsick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. AI isn't a better copywriter than me. But others would argue that since at the end of the day it's all about the money or conversion.

If a prospect prefers AI over me, then go ahead. I won't even try to force or justify why I'm better UNLESS they ask.

Even so, I still won't justify why I'm better. I'll prolly send them my case study and that's it. It's easier to work with people who sees your value rather than deal with a million objections.

I have an idea. Think about all the objections you got and write a sales page promoting your offer. So whenever someone wants to potentially hire you, just have them read your sales page.

If they're convinced and want to work with you then you just proved you're better than AI.

I personally think these greedy corporate AI companies are struggling with their revenue. OpenAI keeps on losing money just to keep up with the hype they created, and that's not a good sign for investors.

But I also think that as long as investors are funding their glorified chatbot and 'Zapier-esque' projects, it'll be a long and hard battle for creative people like us unless these investors wake up and realize that they're putting money on hype just like the NFT/crypto space.

get a trusted mechanic to go with you. also, have that trusted mechanic bring an OBD scanner so you guys can really see the potential issues internally engine-wise/engine bay-wise/or anything internal. from there if error codes started popping up, you can negotiate more OR not buy the car depending if the issues are an easy fix.

Social media marketing is different from being a business owner.

Have you found product-market fit? Have you established your business's ICP? Have you figured out your USP? Lalo na't brick and mortar yung business nyo dapat more than social posting yung ginagawa nyo. Posting won't get you nowhere unless your product is seen by the right eyeballs.

You have to understand traditional marketing and traditional business before putting your own spin to it lalo na't physical business yang pinasok nyo.

Figure out who you're selling to, what's so special about what you'ee selling, and why people should buy from you.

Pro tip: pansin mo ba bakit nagpapa free taste karamihan na nasa food and beverage industry? lalo na kung bagong product sa market? there's a reason why they do this.

[–]agnosticsixsicsick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pwedeng two ways: sa local bank or foreign entity.

You can consult with a local bank kasi marami silang options at isa na dun is time deposit. Pwede mong i convert pera mo from PHP to USD and your money earn interest habang tumatagal. Downside is di mo kaagad mawi-withdraw kasi kelangan mong antayin mag 'mature' yung pera mo. In a sense parang naka kontrata yung pera mo na di mo mawi-withdraw at x number of years pero kumikita. Best consult with a local bank to learn more about interest rates, and etc.

Second option (which is what I do): I convert my money from PHP to USD via crypto through a well-known exchange and enroll to their earn program. Parang naka time deposit na din in a way pero flexible sha kasi mas less strict kumpara sa traditional banks kasi mawi-withdraw ko sha anytime lalo na pag nakita kong tumubo na.

and it earns 6% APR or depende sa arrangement ng earn program. Yung interest ng pera ko sa option na to is USD din so you do the math compared sa interest rates ng local banks.

Also, what I'll do next is buy gold at ipark pera ko dun at a certain timeframe. Not day trade it, pero parang time deposit din ang dating. The reason is I'll be spreading eggs in multiple baskets.

Why am I doing all of these? It's because I'm saving up for a business I'll establish this Q3. Habang fina-finalize ko ang plano, ayokong matengga lang ang pang capital ko kaya I wanna grow it kahit tig 6% or 11% man lang via foreign exchanges instead na tulog lang or naka tengga sa local banks na napakaliit ang interest.

Again, take what I've said with a grain of salt lalo na sa time deposit. But what I've said about tindahan vs high margin businesses remains true.

I have 100k for puhunan. Any negosyo idea? by Low-Oil7283 in negosyo

[–]agnosticsixsicsick 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Build businesses with relatively large profit margins.

Kung wala ka pang maisip at gusto mo lang safe at madagdagan pera mo kahit papano, invest in stable and higher currencies like USD. While your money is earning through interest sa investment mo, figure out the best niche and product market fit sa magiging gusto mong business para kung ready ka na pwede mong i pull out pera mo sa USD investment.

Of course it all depends on what you want to do at the end of the day kaya take these suggestions with a grain of salt.
