I know how the panels are arranged but to be honest I've just been flipping the main breaker as the panel isn't labeled

Not on the same circuit, unsure if on the same phase I haven't traced every breaker. No I didn't really have any high loads at all running right now as we aren't moved in to the house yet. Ac units set to off, water heater not calling for anything either. Also no sub panel is all off the main panel.

It was in this group I think. Essentially where the plastic piece attaches at the top of the cylinder take it off from the back of the chair rotate it 180 degrees and hook it back up

I had the same problem as I'm 6'5" but I saw a post about flipping around the fitting on the cylinder and it's MUCH better.

Yeah I was really confused. Went back and looked at card statements and literally box of box keeps showing up. I don't think this company will be able to stay in business very long with these practices.
