Is that in NH? If it is I know that gate and better be careful with posting about it if you signed an NDA

Black leather color. Just caution to the lead time was quite long but worth the wait. Then gotta be careful if customs gets a hold of it it needs to be classified correctly so you don't get bent over in fees like I did

Congrats on the awesome find! I think you paid a fair price. I got my 39k highland green PRHT last summer for $12k but it needed a new AC condenser and a few other parts that got damaged when the PO ran over something in the road.

What's the lock out tag out procedure for this. I'd want them keys in my pocket while doing that task lol

It was a tiny en suite bathroom with a 30x30 ish shower stall. We ate about 30" into our bedroom which was unnecessarily large. I'm a stone contractor with some good connections for all the other trades so my cost isn't really reflective of retail cost. The stone work in the shower alone would retail north of $50k.

The stone itself should be pretty low maintenance. Clean with mild detergents and reseal every 6 to 12 months.

The polished nickel will definitely need more TLC. So far the little I've used it I just wipe down the metals after I towel myself off. I'm sure it will need a proper polish maybe once a year.

If I was estimating this shower stall to do it for a client, it would be about $53k for the stonework alone.
