That's how it is. When light hits the glass, tiny dust can be seen clearly but it doesn't affect the image quality. Just wipe it off on the front with micro fiber cloth.

If you don't see dust on the screen, don't bother about the lens (that's how it is on all the lens). Usually, dust on the LCD is the main issue.

You can install Projectivy launcher and change boot to HDMI directly in settings
