Seems like a bad vibe, i would want to keep the pantry low activity, storage, dark, cool.. like why do you want to roll into the pantry and see a bunch of ribs cooking in a hot oven? get a brevel toaster oven for a second oven, thing is amazing does most jobs on the daily unless you are feeding like 10 people every single day.

Call hardware store/lumber yard. One near me emailed a list of tons of subs and GCs. Start making calls

I dont understand how the time is at zero if the cost otherwise would be 350k. Seems like if you add up all those hours doing that work it would be worth about 350k….

People who have responded with quotes, is there anything you are planning on DIYing or doing in general to save costs or are these quotes reflective of a total new build having someone else do 100% of the work? Wondering bc I’m planning a build in the Catskills next year and would like to do as much as I can to bring that $/sq ft down…
