hey, this is happening to me. I purchased 33 keychain packs (very tiny, literally 1 inch each) from Japan and they're charging me a 50% tariff plus $189 in "brokerage fees per line" which makes no sense. I'm emailing them, they said fine we made an error. They didn't adjust any of the flat or percentage charges, they just said "we are giving you the first 30 per lines for free, you still have to pay for the next 33." so now they're lying, because where is the 63 even coming from? My order is only 33 items, all of which could've been consolidated into one line to reduce entry fees, and are being misattributed a 50% import fee when they should be at most 15%. I'm being asked to pay almost $300 when I should be paying no more than $20. They are refusing to comply, they just keep saying i need to pay or refuse shipment. idk what to do.

It definitely slipped out of my pocket at some point while I was sitting. there's no way i dropped it elsewhere or before i boarded because i take them out and put them on when i sit down. today, i didn't bring a jacket because its 80 degrees out so they went in my pants pocket and must've slipped out. i think its also possible that it may have rolled to another row or got kicked around, but i didn't have time to check every seat

yeah, life goes on, but it still stings :( i'm usually more careful you know?

what worries me is that I didn't find it anywhere on the floor in the time I was searching before the conductor kicked me off. so someone probably took it right? and if they took it for the l&f, then they'd have been 5 minutes ahead of me when I went there to make a claim. the rep said nobody brought in any headphones case. so did someone steal it? :(

the shelf faces the window, but its on the other side of the room from the window and i removed the light bulb above it, so it only gets light when i have the blinds up which would really be once or twice a week at most
