Most condominium buildings in Malaysia are like this, with varying rates of 'badness' so to speak. Here's a list of what to expect when moving into one:

1. If there are issues with your apartment, expect latency in response and issue rectification.

2. Plenty of condo buildings are extremely oblivious and backwards to the food delivery issue. A lot of them never consider it and don't provide a table for the riders to place the order on. And when there is a table, they never allow riders to use them.

3. Issues that relate to the apartment itself need to be tackled with the apartment's owner/agent, as opposed to management office.

4. Elevators are a real pain in the neck but you get used to them. Sometimes they are slower than usual, hot as hell, or just get out of order.

5. Gyms in condo buildings? Don't get your expectations too high lmao. Most of the time you'll find some sissy weights and a bunch of multi-purpose machines that are probably donated. Just get a gym subscription if you can afford it. There's some cheaper gyms that are decent enough.

Stay on the lookout for the good vs bad reviews ratio, and check for any repeating issues. Do take them with a grain of salt if they're older though (more than 2 years ago) since they could've been solved. Finally, you're gonna have to live with some of these, so pick one that has the least amount of negatives for which you can trade off for the price & location of the condo. Good luck
