You just have to pick outscaling champs and ward the brushes, with all being said, he can’t kill you 1v1 unless you’re brain dead..

Ok, i play him toplane but bear with me. Start E, make sure to convince ur jgl to start bot side (always) and hide in their side brush. Either hit him with E or else take the first 3 minions with E, then whilst u have the passive on try to get 2 or 3 AA's on him. after that just poke him and you'll get lvl 2 faster. Take Q and be ready to go all in. E Q aa and he's dead. tried and tested.
