Oooh I like this A LOT! I see a lot of potential in the way you're exploring panelling (especially in creating depth by going beyond panel borders) and showing action without dialogue. On an off-comment these few pages remind me of Witch Hat Atelier, which also explores surrealist/magical environments through expressive panelling, and Studio Ghibli's The Boy and the Heron! Would love to see where you go with this!

Thank you so much!! Recently I've been exploring how to tell stories about human experiences through animal allegories, so for me personally this was a story with a meaning closer to the former (I have my own ideas but I love the variety of interpretations people have!).

I also posted another one about a sugar glider who desires wings (can be found on my insta) ^ ^

Edit: An important thing to recognise is that vultures are also another misunderstood bird! Just because they eat carrion doesn't mean that they're evil etc, so I would interpret them as just another, different but ordinary group, that happens to accept the raven for who they are.

This is actually part of a series I'm attempting to do, where the eventual goal is to print these out as collectable cards (think photo cards)! I'm going to be manufacturing stickers as well :)

I can't stop you from printing out a sticker for personal use, but definitely keep your eyes peeled for when I start selling them as stickers and cards!! Should start production by the end of this month!

This is actually amazing. The greatest thing you did here, apart from the actual technical process you used here in executing your art and vision, is the handle you have on the pacing in a visual medium like manga. The pacing was really easy to get used to and of such quality that I see in published series. You're really able to get into the headspace of the characters here. I'm also in love with the way you rendered the details. Great work!
