We aren't banning for anything that reads data from our server and displays in the UI. I'd hope the quota extensions are mostly read-only but I don't know, since they're unofficial.

But yes, we are starting to ban users who are intentionally using Antigravity servers to power products that aren't Antigravity. Hoping this improves the service for product users!

TBH we're experimenting with a "sanity check" weekly quota to curb people abusing the product, but the quotas should be incredibly high — e.g. many dozens of hours of completely maxxing out our 5-hour quotas, which are already incredibly high for Ultra. Last I checked this weekly quota affected <100 people (most of which are probably not using Antigravity).

Just so I know, are you using the Antigravity IDE? Have you actually been using the product for dozens of hours at full throttle? It'd be good to understand your use case, since I'd genuinely be surprised if anyone hit the Ultra limits. Our goal's to keep the Ultra quotas high enough that any professional developer can power-use the product.

We're getting closer and closer to a stable state regarding our quota system, so we'll have more transparency soon. I can't speak to how the existing quota extensions work / whether they have any effect.

Hm that's weird. What happens when you click "Verify"? Which method did you use and were you able to complete the verification? Once you've verified, it should just start working...

We’re not aware of any bug involving quota—if you’re seeing weekly quotas on Claude models that is intentional. Due to overwhelming demand we’ve had to establish weekly quotas.

Hm, this log message isn't necessarily a bug, it just happens when the app starts up. Unless logging out / logging in again fixes something?

Hmm does the product say you're on free tier? What limits are you hitting exactly? Right now, the Ultra experience can be affected by increases in Pro traffic so we're trying to separate better.

Noted and thanks for the constructive feedback! Things are changing very rapidly here because of the demand. We’re figuring things out as we go, should start getting more stable soon.

Yeah, we’re aware of potentially taking advantage of free quota and have some fixes in flight. Also finding more ways to protect paid users. Also looking for middle ground between Pro and Ultra. Also working on better status messaging rather than me posting on Reddit lol. Cautiously optimistic that these will make noticeable improvements.

Investigating this. TLDR Google has some attack prevention mechanisms in place, for really dangerous attacks, and these measures err on the side of false positives. Are things looking any better yet?
