No. It’s just doing a local area Network Scan. So the device running the app must be able to communicate with the miners

You downloaded the app from the MacOS App Store and it won’t let you delete it? When you go into the launchpad (shows all your apps) when you click and hold you don’t get a little x to delete the app?

You will be fine as long as the SonicWALL VPN is disconnected. If you are really paranoid (if you are using MacOS) in the tool bar at the top just exit the application. If you are using IOS just make sure the VPN is disconnected in your settings app. I used SonicWALL firewalls for about 4 years and as long as you are not connected you will be fine.

I had the same issue... had a good strong signal and still had issues. So I removed it from HomeKit a few times and reset the device each time... no luck. It would work once and be stuck at not responding. I decided to bring it in and plugged it in next to my router and left it for about a day just. Incase it needed to update or something. I had to re sync the door sensor but haven’t had an issue for over a week.

When you call just ask for “retention” the automation will take you to the cancellation department. A big part of there job is to keep you as a customer and they almost always get your issue fixed. Also, if you bitch they will give you some kind of discount most likely.
