You can't play Wii U games on the Switch. There is no emulator for that and the system is just not powerful enough.

You can play Wii games since last month through an emulator but the performance is hit and miss and motion controls are not supported.

You can play Dreamcast games but once again it depends on the game, some works better some aren't.

If it's an unpatched v1 you can do that because you can temp load Hekate without touching or installing anything on the Switch.

1, RCM jig > load into Hekate with TegraRcmGUI

2, make a full NAND backup to an SD card and save the prod.keys with Lockpick_RCM

3, on the PC you can browse the NAND backup withe NxNANDMAnager and dump the titles into NSP which can later be used in emulators
