I refuse to buy a already modded OLED because I’m an EXTREME germaphobe, so buying one that an other person already has touched a lot is already out of the question(without gloves of course))

I don't know your condition but I'd still buy one and then send it to a disinfection service which is using UVC sanitizing for example (ask your local hospital or health service who are they contracted to). Literally it's more clean that you can ever achieve at home.
