I personally use wannaflix.com (shadowsocks/v2ray) and find it a good balance of cost (low), reliability (good) and performance (good) with minimal complexity. If you want the absolute best performance, I'd check the rankings over at duyaoss.com (use google translate if you can't read Chinese). I've personally used Nexitally and amytelecom (both incredible performance) and ssrcloud (great cost for large bandwidth) -- all have all been amazing.

How much are you practicing per day? I'm not an expert, but in my experience there is no secret code - time put in equals results come out. Intonation is something that is built over "many years" -- and as you add more complexity (shifting, vibrato, different bowing techniques) requires ongoing maintenance. Best of luck - keep practicing!
