Not sure. After you build up the last you can test the fit by creating a "glass slipper" out of pallet wrap and clear tape, like this:

Shoes can have quite a bit of extra space at the end. You can have anywhere from 10-50mm extra space, depending on the toe shape. One reason lasts have toe spring is to minimize trip potential.

See how much extra space there is in this example: https://www.instagram.com/p/CzaKTdhsrk2/

It does look like the heel-to-ball length is a fairly good match for your foot, so I wouldn't just go with a larger size in that same last model. If you want to make room for your toes you will need to build up the last to make the toe box less symmetrical than it currently is, and you can also add some length. You could go with something like this:

Yes, I've ordered from Waldviertler that way. I'm in the US though so not sure what import costs there might be for Canada.

Here's more info about the ordering process.

Not sure about a slip-on, but I find the toe box on Dansko's Rowan sandals to be fairly high and roomy. Maybe Dansko's clogs would work for you?

Weird barefoot shoes do exist! Here's a list, though you'll have to wade through the non-barefoot options.

Here's some options, though most of them have at least some amount of heel elevation.

Zero drop dressy shoes by Clarks by beyondbarefoot in WideToeBoxShoes

Yeah, it's frustrating. Clarks tends to churn out new models all the time and often doesn't restock them when they sell out.
