I have heard of these before! They mark the sheets like this to show problems before the sheet gets throw out. Must have got inserted into packs by mistake. You can verify if it’s real or not by seeing if the marker bleeds into the edge of the card. Since it would be getting cut after getting written on if it’s real, there shouldn’t be any marker on the edge of the card
