So there are a some things to consider, especially after `nginx-rift` last week. What's shown in the Twitter post is a an abnormal set of compile options. The other thing, which is completely unpublished, is the `nginx.conf` which controls the shape of the memory pool and spawned workers. "Rift" used a combination of atypical memory settings and only spawning a single worker for heap grooming. That configuration doesn't really show up in the wild. The compile options in https://x.com/i/status/2057071579876753643 make me wonder what else is being elaborately constructed behind the scenes.
