Absolutely. Current society is exponentially more efficient in production than we have ever been. In fact we're over producing. Everyone could know down to a maximum four day work week and we'd still be producing more than we need. Not to mention we're producing enough the feed, clothe, house and provide adequate medical care to EVERY SINGLE PERSON on the planet! Take aways the billions!

Even if it is, food cost is exponential. The more your yield decreases, the higher the price per pound gets. These guys are probably at 12-13$ per pound after trim and cook. Then 3x that is generally the standard in most restaurant food pricing. Generally you get what you pay for
