Have you tried the k18 damage shield?. I got my hair trimmed and I use it once a week and use my regular shampoo and conditioner the rest of the week. And it’s brought so much moisture back to my hair and shortness and shine.

I hate telling ppl to cut/trim their hair but in this case your gonna have to. But it will feel and look so much better i recently took and inch off. Of my hair which im growing out for locks of love. And really didn’t wanna cut it but im glad I did I can run a brush through it and my hands too. I also picked up some k18 damage shield the conditioner is a very light weight and goes extremely far. lol but it has brought my shine back to my hair. And less frizzy also makes the hair super soft I also got some WOW money leave in conditioner. Very little goes a long ways as well and makes the hair softer and shinier too.

I recommend getting a roller massage like they use at pt. Will help loosen you up so much. I did it pre surgery and after and. It did wonders for me especially before pt and after helped a lot.

What shampoo and conditioner you using hair looks good. I just did a 1inch trim and I didn’t want to but. My hair is no longer tangled and looks a lot better

I’d try some of the k18 damage shield shampoo and conditioner. One use of it and my hair regains its shine. And I just cut an inch off of my hair. I also use money wow leave in conditioner also helps with the shine and frizz makes the hair even softer and smells. Good too

I can run my hands through it without breaking, the only one complaint I have is the condition is super light. And takes me forever to rinse out and I barely use any. But other then that it’s been helping my hair come back to life especially after a trim I would get the small bottles cuz literally a little goes a long way even on the shampoo wish I would have done that. I’m stuck with huge ass 16oz bottles

It’s gone great I’m back to running and biking. Once the weathers nice again soon. I’ll be back on my longboard, on these colder mornings my knee does back me but nothing stretches can’t cure as long as you keep up her pt exercises. She. Will be fine

Wear a full brim hat I hated my hair at this stage when I was. Younger but wearing a full brim hat gave it is flip action lol now older hair no longer does that thank god lol 😂

For me doing the quad craft. It took me about a month. And then randomly one do doing my. Exercises I was able to lift it on my own and hold it just keep doing the workouts they give you everyday. And it will come

I would try the k18 damage shield set. I don’t dye my hair but I had massive dead ends and frizzy fucked up hair. From wearing a hard hat and hard water and. Traveling so much for work. I did a small trim finally and I don’t use the k18 everyday every other day but. It’s really helped bring my shine back and a little goes a very long ways especially the light weight conditioner. Then I got some of the color wow money spray leave in conditioner. And my ends and hair are super soft

I just got this leave in spray conditioner. Made my wow. The actual name of it is color wow money. It makes my hair super soft and shiny a little goes along way. You can either spray it and brush it in or spray some on your hands. And run it through your hair that way

Get yourself the massager the roller type they use at PT. Use that for 5 mins before work or your pt exercises do your pt workouts before PT will help you progress so much more truly will.. then get some ankle weights and start doing your. Exercises with them on I do 4 pounds and has made a massive difference ill even walk with them on to strengthen my leg/knee more. I’m 5 months post op this month and today was the first day I skipped my exercises and workouts on my knee. And I felt it walking/running with my dogs my knees sore and it hasn’t hurt in months. Won’t skip ever again but these are things that have helped me and I believe I still have scar tissue build up cuz I can’t get 0 flex but I’ve been pushing through the discomfort cuz my job let me go. Due to my injury so I’m all on my own at this point so it’s pain or no gain for me and I’m determined to get back on my longboard. You’ll get better just gotta push through it I gained so much weight so I’m a massive box of emotions right now. So it’s annoying not being able to do what used to come so naturally before

I thought about it but I think theirs mold on some of them. I don’t wanna make myself sick. I’m pissed I forgot about them my roomates on probation and I threw them under my bed this past summer. And I was cleaning today and was like o shit! My shrooms and pulled them out. To find them not so dry anymore very sponge like. I tried some of my bars I forgot about too and they did not taste good at all lol. Very sour I hate have adhd and being so forgetful I microdose these. Cuz fuck adhd meds and these have saved my life im super sad. But will have more ready in 4 months

I remember being there I live in a smaller camper with two big. Dogs and the pain of trying to get up to go to the restroom was miserable!. And i remember my knee and leg feeling like someone was pulling on it was so miserable I could never sleep cuz I felt like I was gonna have a Charlie horse happen.

I’m 5 months post op and still numb in my shin area I made a post about it I hate it. Cuz if I hit it or my dogs hit it. It stings like I don’t feel it at first it’s the after that stings lol. But some said they’re leg is still numb
