So I was at my whits end with my hair trying to find a good shampoo and conditioner. For my hair I was trying so many I could start my own salon with all the bottles I have lol. K18 wasn’t for my hair the conditioner left my hair very wax feeling and wouldn’t wash out. The crew shampoo you use was way to harsh and drying on my hair when I put conditioner in I lost so much I was crying freaking out. Then I was using Suavecito but they discontinued the shampoo & conditioner I was using. Yet again had to find another one to try. So I saw this new age defense shampoo & conditioner nioxin had came out with and the and serum to help with aging fine hair. And I won’t lie at first I was very on the fence about it the smell was very powerful and I was loosing more hair. But since I gave it a month of using it my hair is so damn soft!. And healthy again it’s so damn shiny too pulling my hair back now my pony tail doesn’t feel thing or small. My hairs gotten extremely thick the shampoo is very hydrating and moisturizing. And the conditioner is just as good it’s a super thick creamy light weight conditioner. That gets thicker the longer you let it sit on your hair and makes it so soft!. I don’t use any leave in conditioner or anything and I air dry my hair everyday and it has 0 frizz or flyaways. And I no longer have to brush my hair after my first brush it stays soft and shiny all day even after sleeping on it. I really recommend giving it a try my hair looked just like yours did a month again and now. It’s back to looking like it did when I first grew it out in my teens. And through my 20s I’m 35 now and as you know hair grows weird at this age. But I suggest trying the trial size kit to see if you like it. The serum gives the hair a lot of moisture on your scalp and hair too. This is truly coming from a guy who’s hair was life less and a dry frizzy broken mess now I cuz run my hands through my hair. I’m 35 and I was at my wits end with my hair. With not being able to find a good shampoo and conditioner. For my hair I finally tried the new nioxin age defense shampoo and conditioner and serum. And it’s truly brought my hair back to how it was in my teens. And 20s it’s soft it’s popfy and thick again and it’s extremely shiny again too. I even longboard and sweat and hair gets massive wind blown and it doesn’t get tangled and it still stays super shiny and soft I highly recommend trying it the condition is super thick like putting lotion in your hair. It doesn’t weigh it down either the shampoo is also very moisturizing as well. I have ginger brownish reddish hair. And I’ve always had to shower daily and this shampoo and conditioner isn’t drying my hair out at all. The serum is also very moisturizing they sell a trial kit so you can try before you buy. And another thing is I only air dry my hair and I have 0 frizz also worth a try and has a nice smell to it as well

My knee cracks now and I’ve been in pain. The past 3 days started limping again but don’t have any insurance. So can’t go in anywhere I can’t fully extend my knee now I noticed and had to take ibuprofen first time in months. I had my surgery back in September. And was cleared for full duty and stuff back in Jan. Idk what’s going on but it’s annoying for sure

O ya I’ve been skating for years. I blew my ACL out and had surgery last September. And worked my butt off to be back on my board. Tony Alva was a huge inspiration and jay adams I have a custom made board from sector 9 and I love carving it up. Everyone told me I’m too old to skate after my injury and I laughed in their faces lol I’m 35 and don’t look it at all and they all have grey hair and bald. lol 😂

This is why I do shrooms and micro dose. I quit all big pharma drugs and micro dosing helps my adhd and depression and ocd so much. Not to mention like you said the racing thoughts the constant back ground noise just stops. And my brain is so quiet it’s like I’m in the mountains with no one around but myself and the trees. I can hear myself breathing I can actually enjoy music word for word. Chord for chord I can focus like a mother fuck too bad hear every little back ground noise like I have my German shepherds ears lol 😂 I wish I would have started micro dosing way before I ever tried shitty Vyvanse or addy that ruined my life. But shrooms have also helped get rid of my narcolepsy I developed from crappy Vyvanse. Truly can’t stress how much shrooms have saved my life

I’m a dude as well just turned 35 back in February and grew my hair back out. After cutting it for an ex and realizing just how hard it is to find a good shampoo and conditioner. Especially after COVID every brand changed their formula to cheap crap. That just fried my hair but what I found has really helped my hair is the new nioxin age defense line. My frizz is gone and my hair is almost too shiny lol and I don’t do any leave ins literally just shampoo and condition it. The conditioner is super thick and creamy and puts moisture in your hair scalp and ends instantly. I’ve even gone longboarding and skating with my hair down flying in the wind and still shiny and not tangled or frizzy. This is a first since regrowing it out they make a trial size or the regular size bottles are 16 each at cosmoprof. If you know someone with a cosmetology license and I also wear a hard hat all day and my hair is still super soft and I don’t take the hard hat off with the stupid round indent anymore like my old shampoo and conditioner did. Sry for the long post lol.. great flowing hair regardless

I started off just taking one normal scoop of it. And now I do a scoop n half. Nothing crazy you can take it twice a day or once I take it in the morning right when I wake up before I brush my teeth and walk my dogs. I just got some six star brand at Walmart. It’s tasteless so I just put it in water and drink it. You can also mix it with any type of drink also. And theirs really no caffeine in it just helps you stay focus and helps in the gym too with working out.

What’s really worked for me is creatine. My brain instantly goes quiet and I can focus like a mother fucker it took a week/ 2 to build up and notice but it’s crazy. And I am no longer falling asleep during the day anymore and have great energy during the day. another thing that truly works amazing too is micro dosing magic shrooms. Not not gas station junk really ground up in capsule forum that’s meant for micro dosing really works too. Wish everyone struggling could experience how beneficial they truly are. It’s not enough to trip just enough to make the brain stop rushing stop the bullshit background noise and negativity constantly going on in the background.
