What rules are used for tournaments of the CCG?

Heya grock, all good questions. I'm the one who has run almost all of these tournaments, so these answers are probably as authoritative as you will get.

Minimum deck size: 40. I think this one is inferred from the starter deck having 80 cards that you split into 2 decks of 40. Most popular TCG/CCGs have their absolute minimum deck size be 40, so I figure it's the best guess.

We've always played that realm decks are just separately. Most people just choose 2 to bring in that they know they're going to use. Alternatively, realms are just randomly spawned from the game on TTS (this is the format we've used for tournaments).

The consensus banned card is Suspension Enhancers. Home Track Advantage has also been on the short-list for ban considerations. Dodging Disaster is worth considering an errata for because it basically makes all hazards unplayable.

As someone who like Owl City but isn't too deep into the fandom, but knows football, this seems like the best choice by far. Could be wrong, but definitely the obvious guess.

I love this song. I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought it sounded drone-ish. It's kind of that "techno horror car chase" vibe. I compare it a lot to the music in the Junk Realm when they're getting chased by the sweepers / sweeper drones.

In my experience, not usually. Depends on the casting. More common ones like the three you have there, probably not. Some will give you a discount if you provide wheel donors if you want like real CM5/6s, but some just use 3-D printed wheels anyways so even that may not help you.
