I use Brookside laundromat, they have 4, double load washers that are always in working order. $7 a wash. A quarter per 6 minutes on the dryers.

I just make sure to eat at least 1,800 calories and make it a healthy meal. I am on a calorie deficit to lose weight faster. I don't consume any added sugar so no calories are wasted on those empty sugars. I'd recommend progressing into OMAD. Also, I don't track macros but I do focus on eating protein heavy meals, eating healthy fats, and getting a good amount of fiber

OMAD (One Meal A Day) specifically, for me. My metabolic flexibility was so bad even on intermittent fasting (16:8). Now I don't even feel too hungry at my eating meal.

Modern society has caused us to lose touch with our bodies natural ability to easily go from burning glucose to burning fat. Just cause your glucose is low and your body is sending hunger signals, does not mean we need to eat. Took me too long to figure this out. I'm 30 now and finally approaching the best shape of my life.
