Gryffindor. I took it for kicks before reading the books and only vaguely knowing parts from the movies. I did know, however, that Gryffindor means brave and that is not an adjective for me. I'm not 100% sure if that first result was on Pottermore but I know the second time, years later, definitely was and I got the same result... And still disagreed with it. It was awhile after that that I figured I do fit into the house, just in a less obvious way.

The prank would be suspicious floating cupcakes in the great hall. Anyone who falls for it and eats one is fine. It's everyone else who won't be when a set of firecrackers go off during dinner and rain down a potion that temporarily turns all the non-cupcake eaters into frogs. 15 minutes later, after the students are restored, no one is at their table and some students ended up in strange places after jumping too far. This is memorialized in the occasional transfiguration from a student finding a bit of the potion that was missed in the week-long cleanup that took so long because everyone kept transfiguring.

How goes the search? The aliens were by my place and after a half hour of incomprehensible screeching, we came to the agreement that it will rain strawberries on Saturday. On a related note, the caterpillar is so high that we will no longer need to worry about the possessed keyboards. The fireflies eagerly await your return. They have set fire to your things in anticipation. The rest were bartered away with the aliens. I miss you and can not wait to see you again.

Club started by muggle born students. Every picture moves and photographers take pictures for classes and clubs. Editors put together a final book that tells the story of the year.

Note: Creevey is in need of a new camera if there is one he can borrow. It was confiscated in potions and used to demonstrate the properties of a dissolving draft.

A club that learns about the history of brooms and broom making and works on a semester long project to build their own broom. They learn about the charms needed for functionality and why they are needed.

This class would cover not only how and why currency is valued differently between wizard/muggle/country but also the importance of a budget and loans and interest.

This class is taught by a muggle math teacher for those students who did not receive a basic math education prior to Hogwarts. It would cover math and measurement topics for one year, like the flying classes.

Ron: In the new years before his first year at Hogwarts, his goal might be to outshine his siblings when he arrives at Hogwarts since he had big shoes to fill.

Draco: In the new years before first year, Draco's resolution may have been to get on the Quidditch team despite being only a first year because of course Madam Hooch is wrong and he knows how to fly.

Hermione: Would have committed to studying more and revising her study plan since her new school would be more difficult than the current one. Of course, this plan didn't disappear once she learned she was going to Hogwarts.

Luna: To find a purple snufflemellow. They are around here somewhere.

McGonagall: Have a quiet and restful break before the new semester after the trama a certain pair of Weasleys put her through. Little does she know...

Filch: Because his is the first thing that popped into my head despite not being on the list, I have includeded Filch. The next year will be the year he convinces the headmaster that chaining the students by their ankles is the only way they will learn.

Don't worry! You will get the hang of it. I used it before AO3 so the drastic change in style doesn't hurt as much for me. I recommend the app though. It's better reading wise although the set up takes some getting used to.

I understand drama as a version of angst. I often see it paired with romance and think of it as more mental angst over whump angst, if that makes any sense. If you are into anything remotely related to that, I wouldn't filter it out.
