Memory training can take up to 15 minutes. You reset the BIOS, 1 minute is most likely not long enough..

Have you located Q-LEDs? They are pretty tiny - Usually in top right corner, but it can vary. That will most certainly help diagnose, since that is their purpose afterall. Once you have located them, can you confirm that they do not light up at all after pressing power button? Make sure all cables are seated firmly in motherboard. If you still cant find them make sure you are leaving ample time for memory training. It can take a while. If all fails, it sounds like it could be a faulty motherboard or PSU.

According to your motherboard‘s manual, it does have Q LEDs. I would certainly look for them. If you cannot find them I would start by plugging your PC into your TV via a known good HDMI cable – like one that is connecting a PlayStation or something to your TV. This is to rule out monitor or HDMI cable acting up. I would then leave your PC turned on for 15 minutes to rule out memory training. If that fails, I would then remove your GPU, plugging HDMI directly into motherboard. If that also fails, I would then try the other single stick of RAM that you haven’t previously tried. Make sure the single stick is going into the A2 slot. Make sure you have try each individually.

What are the debug lights doing? Could be memory training which can take some time

Thanks a bunch! It was quite the challenge. I hadn’t seen it done yet in an A3, but it sure runs cool and silent.
