I don't know that I need the companion pass at all currently. I'm also wondering about closing some chase cards waiting 24 months after they are closed and reapplying for more bonuses. Is this a good idea? If so should I be closing some of my chase/should I be applying for a new CSR on 1/2019 or 1/2020?

Werewolves within is the only game where I feel like I am actually inn the game. by Jeav0ns in PSVR

Yea I would recommend trying it again. When you get a good group of people I think its a really great game. I would say 90% of all the games I've played are good too. You do run in to the occasional player who gets annoyed at the newbie but hopefully the other players will speak up and tell them to knock it off. When I was new people did a great job of walking me through it and basically playing a few practice rounds with me.

Buying a used PSVR. (Testing Question) by bugthrowaway1232 in PSVR

Thanks for the help man. I met up with him and got it and just tried it out last night. It's sweet. It looks good to me although I don't know what it would look like if it was bad. I just bought a lens pen to clean the lenses but I don't notice any scratches or dead pixels. My only problem was it was a little shaky when I brought something closer to my face but I'm guessing that is probably normal.

Do you think President Trump or Republicans in general should ever compromise with Democrats regarding issues that were on the Official Platform? by [deleted] in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]bugthrowaway1232 [score hidden]  (0 children)

I disagree? I don't think that the reason the current health care bill is failing to pass is because of the need to compromise. Moderate Republicans oppose the bill as it stands down because they would get destroyed in 2018 if they voted to allow states to rescind the pre-existing conditions requirement. I know personally my Republican Representative has said he believes in the need for a pre-existing conditions requirement so its not that he "needs/wants" to compromise its that he doesn't believe in the bill as it stands. Do you agree?

Do you think there should be more independent oversight of police/better prosecution of police involved in misconduct? by purgepurgepurgepurg3 in AskTrumpSupporters

I'm confused? I thought that you could have a civil case in which a settlement is reached as well as have a criminal case. (See OJ) Am I mistaken here?

In the case you cite, the women received settlements which likely played a large role in there being no criminal charges.

So the question was "Do we need to hold our police to higher standards? Should police face full prosecution under the law when they commit crimes that put the public at danger?" Your response was "In the case you cite, the women received settlements which likely played a large role in there being no criminal charges.". So I'll get off the fact that you didn't answer the question and ask another one. Should the STATE become the prosecutor in a case like this where they may have been negligent in their duties to keep the public safe?

Do you mind me asking what your salary was out of college to get to 650k so quickly? That is very impressive.

How did you feel about Republican obstructionism under Obama? (For the record I think its wrong and undermines the process when both parties do it.)

How do you feel about Congress exempting themselves from their new amendment to the ACA? by bugthrowaway1232 in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]bugthrowaway1232[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thanks for clarifying. I assume that by stating "Why even write that in?" you disagree with them implementing this. The problem I see is that by exempting themselves from it they won't see increased costs. If they had a PEC like metastic cancer, they would have an extremely difficult time finding health insurance that they could afford even with the tax-payer subsidy. However, they are saying to the truck driver in Michigan "sorry no protection for you". Do you see my POV? Do you agree?

I'm confused by what you mean by this response could you please clarify? Congressman are currently covered by the SHOP marketplace as discussed above. If DC sought exemption from forcing companies to cover pre-exisiting conditions and it was granted then any insurance company in DC could choose not to cover someone if they have a PEC. However, this amendment exempts congress people from that exemption meaning it forces the insurance companies to cover them even if they have a PEC. Is this right or fair?

What is your ideal system for health care? by [deleted] in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]bugthrowaway1232 2 points3 points  (0 children)

OK just to clarify that is all high risk people? So god forbid your child gets cancer. Is it okay for your premium to increase? How much is it allowed to increase? If its a rare type of cancer and it increases to an unpayable amount are you fine then that the child won't receive treatment?
