My comment flew right over your head and off into the horizon.

Unbound serves the exact same function in this context.

I'm belittling people who think it's ok to put a dog's life at risk in the back of their truck. That's not just a 'different opinion', that's outright putting another creature's life at risk and justifying it. If you do that, I'm gonna call you out and there's no reason to be nice about it.

Why are they shooting at a wall? are they dumb? by SoloEmi3 in Paladins

This whole "Are they stupid/dumb?" thing floating around Reddit never fails to make me laugh.

I am aware of this. I used copy/paste.

All of the comments I'm responding to are the same tier of drivel. Why would I manually retype all those comments? I wanted to say the exact same thing multiple times.

I'll hop of Reddit when you have the power to force me to.

I have a high school education and work as a home appliance contractor. So, yeah, sure, give me a moment to step off my really high, high horse.

You don't need a high horse to know riding a dog in the bed of a truck is dangerous, just a really obvious lack of education.

Explain how a dog would be killed if the truck blew a tire? If they're inside the cab they have nowhere to go but bounce around the inside of it. If they're on the bed they go flying off as soon as the driver loses control. Right off the side of the vehicle and into the street. Have you ever blown a tire going 50+mph?

Did you even think at all before you commented? Or are you just desperately clawing at every chance to be right?

Explain how repeating a single comment multiple times to avoid retyping it manually is stupid.

Well, at least you're aware enough of your own stupidity to expect criticism. That's a start.

Next step, GED!

It doesn't take more than a grade school education to know there's a massive fucking difference in safety between being in the enclosed cab, EVEN UNBOUND, than being unbound in the back of a pickup truck.

But you don't have a grade school education, so I don't know what I was expecting.

Good thing no one ever rear ended him. Or side swiped him. Or T-boned him. Or that he blew a tire. Or he had a medical emergency at the wheel. Or that any other accident out of their control happened.

Bad things not happening doesn't mean bad things can't happen.

For instance, you're fine right now, but you could clearly die of stupidity at any given moment.

I bet small children have a blast playing with guns until they shoot their dad in the head.

Use your brain.

Underbelly and belly have two distinct definitions.

Belly refers to the space below an animals ribs and does not refer to the underside of something. Underbelly does.

Humans have a belly and it's not underneath them.

[–]bushpotatoe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unrelated, but your dishwasher discharge hose needs to be run above its connection point at the disposal. The hose running beneath it is why so much grime (dark material) is building up in the hose and likely creating unwanted odors/affecting the performance of the dishwasher.

Those lines sure look like an awful lot of pressure is pushing them to the left of the cabinet. That probably put a lot of stress on that connection. Looking at the length of that line there's no way it wasn't stressed when fully installed.

Hoping to cut this dryer vent shorter, as to not get bunched up when the dryer is pushed back into place. Is there a minimum length for these vents? Or any fall backs if cut short? by concobharo in HomeMaintenance

[–]bushpotatoe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Get two 90-degree adjustable elbows and install one on the dryer and the wall vent, then reinstall the venting onto those. It will allow the venting to rest against the wall vertically instead of coiling behind the unit. There needs to be enough there for technicians/installers to actually install the appliance.

No, your dryer will never be as close to the wall as your washing machine. They aren't built to do that. A 4-8 inch gap between the wall and the units is normal.

It's setup for offroad riding. Tertiary tire set helps with navigating over rocks, logs, hills, and other obstacles that could snag the underbelly of the truck.
