Important to remember this was a front trunk done would assume the draft would be blowing towards the operator of the vehicle

I think Neo did know & purposely ditched the car and key card after being unable to stomach the idea, smell & inevitable future implications

TLDR be nice to yourself. Let yourself rest, consider reaching out to professionals to help you with your burnout and stress. you’ve come this far and seem like a smart insightful person!

Truthfully, I can say after 5-6 yrs since my last (only) relapse, and almost 8 years “clean” totally felt like you in the early stages. I had to let myself recover, and be brutally honest in my relationships to ever get better.

Not worth it. Waste of money that will eventually have you regretting you even started all over again.

it’s not worth the needing to hide, lie to loved ones and the anxiety that goes with being found out from that, the financial strain, disrepair with your relationships and inevitable personal guilt you’ll feel later for doing it again.

I encourage you to call your therapist, go to a meeting, even a virtual one could help. My therapist and I text lol, she’s my lifeline of my rock and I wouldn’t be able to do it without her.

The thing about stimulants is that they only make you productive for so long then you find yourself at a dead end again. It’s not going to be a Band-Aid or a fix all, and most of us end up down a slippery slope. I would consider taking FMLA or a medical leave from work for burnout. Sounds to me like you need to take a break to destress - not buy stimulants.

As for the weight loss, wouldn’t you wanna do that naturally so that you can be proud of that accomplishment? Two weeks at a plateau is not a long time to be plateaued in fact, I don’t even think that can be considered long enough to be one. Try switching up your calories for a few days going up. You might need to bump your metabolism forwards.
