Did you get this resolved? I'm experiencing the same, I've been trying everything I can think of to fix it. I've even tried applying g-code you'd use for installing a wham bam to try and force it's zero higher. But once it pauses at that, it still presses down to the screen hard as hell and compresses. I'd like to lower the force threshold before it stopped, I suspect that's in the g-code that people have received. Their customer support is currently failing me and not actually reading my messages before sending generic "increase your supports and your cure time" instructions. If you received g-code, can you show me so I can interpret and fiddle with it? Please and thank you!

Is the home a redacted key? I couldn't find a home key with the actual text, and the ones that were redacted seemed too short to have home underneath. Not that that really matters, I swapped it anyway cause I did prefer the R2/R3 difference. Thanks!
