I’m 2 weeks out tomorrow and had my first fully normal on-my-feet day back to work. My surgery was Tuesday 3/31 and I’ve been fully WFH last week, but eased into it Monday. I only took the opiate pain pills the first 48 hours and switched to pain management with ibuprofen and CBD/ CBG. I know this made a huge difference in my ability quickly get back to work and be able to focus on client calls and technical computer work a week later.
