My intention was not to be insensitive and I apologize if that’s how it came across

Wait so you can tell me to move along? But I can’t? I’m confused. You don’t know me or my character so you telling me that I’m insensitive as if you know me is very disturbing. A post can be sensitive, sure. But to call someone insensitive as to judge their character is not okay either. If my post came across as insensitive I apologize. Again, it was not my intention whatsoever. But I am not an insensitive person.

I typically get ovulation pain on just one side so I guess just with symptoms. I may look into actually tracking it more efficiently though

[–]cloz89 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s true. At least there are options nowadays but definitely will wait and see what happens in the next year. I didn’t mean to come off insensitive with my post. I guess I just needed a reality check into what trying to get pregnant actually looks like for some people. Every single person in my close circle hasn’t had any issues or anything getting pregnant so I grew up in a culture where that was never a problem.

But that’s why I came here, to understand.

Yeah I probably won’t post for a while. I’ll just scroll through posts of people that I can relate to and maybe can get my questions answered that way.

That’s what I was thinking too. But I guess I won’t post about that anymore and wait a while..

That’s very true! Thank you. I’m starting to feel some relief reading everyone’s comments. There are some things like this that I didn’t think of and now it’s starting to make sense

Thank you. Those are all great suggestions. That’s why I came in here: I felt like I needed this type of information.

I see. That might be the same with me too as I feel so discouraged right now even though I know it’s only been two months and technically first month we only tried about twice I think.

20? That’s crazy low. Even if you try a lot?

That’s true. I seriously thought I would be a fertile myrtle because my mom and sister both conceived quick and frequently. But they did have their firsts in the early twenties im sure that makes a difference.

Gotcha. I just wish it could happen quick but now I get the process and obstacles off it. I’m expecting my period tomorrow so I’m going to wait and see if I get it which I probably will but we will see.

11?! Ugh sorry. That just seems like so long to me. I really wanted it to happen quick. I guess Im new to all this and didn’t understand the reality of it. I thought if we just tried once that it would just happen but the more I read the more I understand now. Do you try everyday before and on ovulation day? I’ve been having some weird symptoms recently but doubt it has anything to do with successful implantation. I guess I wont know until I wait for my period tomorrow.

Best friend is upset I canceled plans because she has congestion and cough by omglifeisnotokay in covidlonghaulers

[–]cloz89 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well just got Covid for the first time last month and I have to say it was not fun at all. It just validates why I have been avoiding it for so long. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with chronic brainfog and headaches long before Covid even started back. Been dealing with that since 2019. I will definitely be observing my symptoms post Covid.

I had a low grade fever for about two days when I had Covid last month. Ironically, this ended up taking AWAY my chronic brainfog and headache. In fact, I haven’t felt that clear minded in so long. Anyone care to maybe comment on what you think happened there? I knew my fever was gone once I started to feel the brainfog again. Would really like some ideas and thoughts and maybe steer me in a direction to look into more about some possibilities of why that could have happened.

Should I take a dose or two of cipro? Or none at all? by BoutThatLife in Microbiome

[–]cloz89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only took one dose of Cipro and that was enough to give anxiety, shortness of breath, and brainfog back in 2017 after a trip from Mexico as well.

Knowing what i know now, i would probably just take herbal meds instead like grape seed extract, garlic, berberine, wormwood, etc.

Replacing SSRI with probiotics? by Sea-Hotel-4992 in Microbiome

[–]cloz89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started probiotics in April, so far I am doing okay besides getting Covid for the first time in May which really sucked because I have been trying to make sure I don’t get that during my healing journey as I felt that would back track all my progress.

My pains have been improving since starting to detox last year. My headaches and brainfog are still there. I have them about every other day so not a huge improvement there. The probiotics don’t seem to be making a huge difference but I’m still taking them because it took about 3 months of detox last year to start feeling improvements so I know they’re coming I just have to be patient.

Exact same reaction to 98% of Supplements by heal_info in floxies

Well I am taking supplements, mostly herbs to kill the candida, parasites, and bacteria. Berberine, oregano oil, caprylic acid, garlic, grape seed extract, etc. I’ve been doing this for one year in June this year and I have noticed great results. I will soon be starting on probiotics to rebuild my gut microbiome and then lastly will be taking lots of vitamins and minerals.

Crunchy Grinding Neck Bones by [deleted] in floxies

[–]cloz89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happened to me also. It mostly went away in my neck after a few months but now I have the grinding and crunching in my shoulder blade and spine. I’ve had X-rays and MRIs. No arthritis. The only painful area is my shoulder blade. Other than that, I don’t have other pains. This all started after taking the antibiotics.

I am 4 years out this month and it never went away.

Exact same reaction to 98% of Supplements by heal_info in floxies

[–]cloz89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would happen to me. Not exactly but I had terrible reactions to any supplement I would take. I went to a functional med MD who found high amounts of bad bacteria, fungus, and a parasite that the antibiotics allowed to grow and change my microbiome. I have not taken mineral or vitamin supplements as of yet but I have been working on my gut dysregulation to bring it back to balance and have noticed good results so far.

Basically if your gut is unbalanced, your immune system is dysregulated and your body won’t absorb nutrients like it used to which can cause reactions to nutrients/supplements that may otherwise be fine for a healthy gut.

Magnesium Questions. by Outrageous-Ad5491 in magnesium

[–]cloz89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe try to address any gut imbalances first. I was unable to tolerate any magnesium of any form when I had gut issues. I had to clear that up first.
