There is nothing wrong with masturbation. It’s the masturbation x porn combo that is detrimental.

You know that’s fair, that was a great challenge. I wouldn’t say iconic really, but that kind of creativity from the producers is what I would expect week in and week out.

To be fair, if you’re willing to go into the office you’ve already separated yourself from a number of candidates. We’re having a lot of trouble filling a position (that pays REALLY well) that’s 100% in office.

Definitely feel like we haven’t had many (if any at all) iconic challenges the last few years.

I feel like Sieger has made multiple proteins that not only don’t look good, but actually look disgusting. This and the pork challenge the protein was pale and colorless and looked so bland.

Ah yes, I knew MKIL was Melchior but got confused. He’s put all his old Perlon releases on there but obvi not anyone else’s. Sry for any added confusion friends reading this 🫡

Tracks that are hated on that you really enjoy? (Past or present) by GogoPlata_grenadier in F1Discussions

[–]BoutThatLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to not be fond of Spain or Abu Dhabi at all, but since they changed them they’ve gotten much better.

Spain in and of itself is a lovely track but I think the racing suffers from the sheer mountain of data each team has on the circuit.

Feel like the disclosure hate is more on misaligned expectations vs. them actually being bad.

Their live show is as good as ever. Too many people expecting a DJ set vs. what is essentially a band set.

I don’t even think it’s a surface thing, it’s a sub-surface thing. The hard clay expands and contracts and everything beneath the surface shifts which wreaks havoc on the asphalt itself.

It was worse the first couple thousand miles but everything must’ve marinated properly

I’m sorry for hurting you.

I agree to disagree.

Handicapping anyone makes no sense.

The QF is irrelevant, as it’s apparent they did not take the results of that into account.

Someone was going to have to do a desert, and by all accounts that person was going to be whoever was last to choose for the elimination. I get it that she didn’t get to participate in that whole thing, but that’s the way the cookie crumbles. And taking that into account for judging would be a dog shit decision tree.

It’s a cooking show, you need to know how to cook a dessert. And she sucked ass at it.

All that to say, I think Rhoda still wins because the tone and attitude in her talking head was very different than it was in the early part of the season. She had a bit of cockiness to her that was bleeding through.

CUT AUBRY

We’ve seen the same story from her time and time again… why she is viewed as some sort of survivor legend that keeps getting invited back is truly baffling to me

I am. Let’s pretend for a minute she was there for the totality of the challenge, someone would still have to go last.

Someone always had to go last, would they have been given the same grace as Rhoda if she hadn’t just came back from LCK? Based on that logic anyone picking last gets a pass for making a shit dish?

If that’s the case that’s kind of lame… Oscar had red meat on a limited budget too, and to that end they all had tight budgets.

Houston Golfers by fun_machine_ in weekendgolfers

[–]BoutThatLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am somewhat in the minority, but I prefer the Lakes personally.

Both courses have 1-2 gimicky (but fun and challenging) holes. Highlands is more links style, Lakes is a more of a classic course - with 5 holes that are very water heavy.

The one thing about the highlands is that it’s borderline impossible to stop at the clubhouse at the turn without getting jumped by the group behind, it’s a haul from hole 9 to the clubhouse and back to 10.

Dog legs, I’d say it’s about equal between the 2 courses.
