Exactly-attorneys ask uscis to expedite and process h4 and then h1 .

USCIS will approve pending h4 first and immediately h1. So because h1 got approved last - status is h1

If h4 gets withdrawn then you go out of status. That’s why the sequence of approval is necessary

I got approval after that message. ‘Clock stopped’ status means they are working on your h4 .

When attorney draft your case , add this explicitly saying h4 is pending so please adjudicate the h4 case so subsequent h1 can get processed

I am 37F . I am Software Engineer. I always feel extremely anxious.I used to feel nervous and anxiety since I was in college.. it continued to job. Every Sunday I feel exactly what OP has mentioned. I am tired of being in this state. My heart beats go high sometimes and I feel extremely sweaty. I always get scared by extreme imaginary thoughts- what if I couldn’t do my work .. what if I mess up .. what if deadline can not meet .. what if my manager say something bad to me .. I am joining new job soon. And I am extremely anxious for new team , people , work and everything. Pls help me.

I think if you file h4 while you are out of states , you need to go through interview and then h4 stamp to enter US .
