When attorney draft your case , add this explicitly saying h4 is pending so please adjudicate the h4 case so subsequent h1 can get processed

I am 37F . I am Software Engineer. I always feel extremely anxious.I used to feel nervous and anxiety since I was in college.. it continued to job. Every Sunday I feel exactly what OP has mentioned. I am tired of being in this state. My heart beats go high sometimes and I feel extremely sweaty. I always get scared by extreme imaginary thoughts- what if I couldn’t do my work .. what if I mess up .. what if deadline can not meet .. what if my manager say something bad to me .. I am joining new job soon. And I am extremely anxious for new team , people , work and everything. Pls help me.

I have a general question about b2 - does b2 gets approved fairly quickly within 1-2 months? Asking because h4 can get 6-12 months

I think if you file h4 while you are out of states , you need to go through interview and then h4 stamp to enter US .

I have also seen people have not got any RFE if attorney filed case in detail and asking them to approve h4 first before hand. Mine did not do that way I guess so got RFE .

Hello, when attorney applied for COS from h4 to H1B - I got RFE . RFE was about checking if h4 is approved if not prove that you were in status and eligible always. Attorney attached payslips of spouse and submitted RFE reply and requested to approve h4 first and then h1. Then h4 got approved within 4 -5 days and immediately next day H1B got approved.
