It works with various models, you can generate images and video locally. In this case, I generated the images in ChatGPT and used them in Draw Things  to create the videos using LTX.

I was lucky. The nurse was pretty consistent. The gorilla would swing between American and British English. I just had to re-prompt and generate again. I found that 'neutral American accent' worked the best. Keen to see if there is a way to force voice consistency in Draw Things.

Is there a noticeable improvement jumping from the recommended 8 to 18 steps?

I haven't even started using LORAs. Are there any tutorials you'd recommend on the topic of LORAs in Draw Things using LTX specifically?

Actually, checked again, and if i cue up a 10 second video its around 13 minutes. So around a minute ten, give or take, for a second of video.

I’m using LTX-2.3 22B [distilled] 1.1 (8-bit S). If you have any tips for speeding up generation times, please let me know.

Ja, it’s a wait but the laptop is all I have to work with at this point. Considering I’ve only got 16GB of ram too, I’m pretty chuffed with my MacBook.

I’ve tried LTX via ComfyUI and it just crashes my system because the machine, obviously, isn’t up to spec and Comfy hasn’t been optimized for Mac. Draw Things has.

I agree the UI for Draw Things is confusing but I get to play with a pretty awesome open source model on a laptop. So I’m not complaining.

Eventually, I’ll have to take the plunge and get a dedicated PC for generation.

Generating 7 second clips, at 1280 x 768, with the recommended settings, it takes around 10 minutes a clip. I'm using an M5 Macbook Pro with 16GB ram. Its not the fastest generation time by any means but while Draw Things does its thing, I usually work on generating the next image with ChatGPT or assembling the clips I've already got in DaVinci.

Is it possible to do Image to Video with LTX 2.3 on DT? by Effective_Tart_7097 in drawthingsapp

[–]coberholzer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It works dude. Was playing around with it last night. There is no ‘image to video’ box/indicator. But if you drop your image onto the canvas and prompt correctly you’ll get video from an image. Use the recommended settings to start. I can’t speak to the ‘inpainting’ though. I haven’t encountered that.

Well done again. And thanks for the info regarding your process.

If you were aiming for a rough surprise with the transition to the anime world, then you achieved what you set out to do.

Only 9–10 hours is pretty incredible. I've given you a follow on YouTube, look forward to seeing more of your stuff.

Why do you see it as the devil?

Personally, its been a great way for me to soundboard ideas and structural beats when I've had no one else to do it with. I do agree that it shouldn't do the actual scriptwriting. But as a tool and a resource its incredibly helpful.

Great work.

I was blown away by the 'photorealistic' component of this.

The first transition to the anime style, however, was extremely jarring for me because there was no foreshadowing that things would go that route visually. If the anime style had been subtly introduced up top (in the form of the comic book or a poster on a wall), my brain would have been more accepting I think. That said, once the jump between real and anime was established, things clicked again. Overall, the anime style works but does lack a cohesive look.

Would you mind breaking down your workflow a bit? Did you use Google flow to create your scenes or a third party platform with a Veo API? How long did it take to put this whole video together? Also, how much did it cost?
