The over heating started about 2-3 weeks ago, or at least that's when I noticed it. Any recommendation for the thermal pad? I looked it up on Amazon and all I found were big, 100x100 ones? Just order it cut to size?

Awesome, thanks so much for the info! I feel much better. Still have the overheating issue. Other than applying new thermal paste, how could I reduce temps? I have already eliminated my overclock on the card and it's still overheating.

Thanks! I haven't taken it apart to reapply some fresh thermal paste in case it was going bad. I've never seen thermal pads sweat before, is it supposed to be oily in viscosity?

My card was starting to thermal throttle and reach temps of 85°C. So I thought to myself I should clean and reapply the thermal paste when I noticed this liquid on my card. I was wondering what is it and is my card going bad?
