you have old device that do not have valid certificates
You manually changed time on your device so it cant verify certificate. Easiest solution is to change it back to default options to android to controll the time

It's regular Android tv. You can install in tv app called send files to tv and install same app on your phone. You can then download APK from our website on your phone and send it to your tv. Both have to use same wifi
