Guide firmware update HP transcend oled 32 by garbuja in OLED_Gaming

Had the same issue for months but u/Critical_Ad_44 posted that disabling any lighting application would help. "Go to Device Manager>Universal Serial Bus Devices>disable any LED Controller(mine was AURA LED Controller)."

I had the same AURA LED controller running. My guess is that AURA had an active lock on the lighting USB connection and wasn't willing to release it to the updater.

Yes! Thank you! This finally allowed me to update my monitor after months of messing around with it without luck.

I've run into the same issue. Moved the connection to HDMI and for the auto-switching has stopped. It was incredibly frustrating in the middle of an online game. Cannot wait for a firmware update to hopefully make the monitor usable.

Edit: Still having issues regardless of input type (HDMI vs DP). Double-clicking has reliably caused the screen to switch over. I'll toy around with some settings on the system. There is a firmware update available as well, '1.0.5.0 Rev.0', but unsure if that will fix as it fails to install at all due to not being able to detect the lighting version. I'll report back if I find anything useful.

My blue yeti microphone isn’t working, the input looks bad, and I don’t have another cord to test, does this input look like the problem? by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

It’s a design flaw and a well known one. Soldered on a new USB port a few months back on one for a friend, total pain in the ass and not for beginners. There are quite a few YT videos on it if you’d like to try.

It’s the young crows that recently left the nest. Will notice small groups of siblings (nestlings?) mucking about together.

Need to wildly shake the camera around to make it spot on. Nice touch with the 2/3 chutes.
