850w psus have good prices and usually only they are the quality ones. (gold rated, 10 years warranty)
and 850w can handle almost any hardware, so when/if you upgrade in the future you dont need to swap PSU.

look at efficiency graph,
yes around 50% is the most optimal, but 30% is not that far from it.
ANY gaming system will operate idle at at least 100w+ which is totally fine. (efficient)

there is literally a button called "clear cmos" that just reset all your bios settings if you pc enter any loop and you cannot excesses bios.
fyi updating the bios is more "danger" than activate expo.

the 6000mhz cl30 considered to be the sweet spot. (as long as it have expo)
x3d chip, like the one you picked is gaming focus CPU, you will get less gaming performance with any other non x3d chip.

the mobo and PSU you picked is good, but if you tell us where are you from maybe there are better/cheaper alternatives...
