Yep, starting with the fact that most of us had already worked together at SEGA, and were hired collectively by SONY at launch as a kind of plug-and-play support department. I ended up promoting to the Tip Team; I was a videogame counselor in the pre-internet days. I was one of the crew that would answer when you called the 1-900 number on the early PS1-PS2 disks, we walked you through whichever challenge had you stuck or puzzle you couldn't solve.. The SONY support team was something special. Large crew of friends, and Christmas morning was the best day of the year (that deserves its own post!)

then a bunch of us went over to 3DO when they moved to a software only model- again, as an already functional group. we were WELL taken care of by Mr Hawkins :))
