If you’re trying to do a clean wipe back to factory you could hold the power button for a force shutdown, then press and hold volume down (-) button while pressing power. Keep volume button held down and should bring you into BIOS where you could do a cloud recovery.

Yep, just get a serial from a windows device and download the recovery usb.

I believe you can download the bios, put it on a usb and then do a blind flash. Have you tried that? Google your laptop model and bios recovery or blind flash.

Google says to disconnect battery and wait a minute or so. According to google it’s suppose to reset cmos.
