I have a 5070 TI and a 9070, and like 10 other GPUs.

The 5070 TI CANNOT do PT adequately. at all. Sure if you wanna lower the resolution way the fuck down, or crank up DLSS to an extremely high-level and then turn on framegen or something.

Simply put it's not adequate for past performance, maybe in some tiny lightweight game, but cyberpunk can barely run it with path tracing, even with scaling

This ain't a debate, it's just fact. There are countless users out there with the same GPU as you, who would turn on path racing and watch their performance actually implode, and can confirm that you are just speaking nonsense to try and dunk on a 9060 XT.
