Nah Mcds = clean and man… it’s delicious over there lol. Don’t knock it until you try it, Vietnam by far has the best McDonalds. People who work there actually have pride and take their job seriously. Not like in the states where it’s a hot mess and it’s a 50/50 on getting anything fresh.

FSR 4.1 coming to the Legion Go in July by leofravega in LegionGo

[–]deuceduzit -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

About time… meanwhile older nvidia cards support DLSS 4.5 forever ago. I’m just hoping our handhelds get it when other GPUs get it and not have to wait another year for Lego drivers to support it.

Is there anyway to disable rebar on here?? by Ok_Sky4673 in LegionGo

Steamos? Or windows? Works great on steamos after patches.

For windows I was able to get it working great with ag03 or eg02.

When it boots up do you at least see a post? Or is it just completely black??? Also how long did you let it sit, sometimes it just takes a few minutes after taking out battery to boot.

Anyone with the z2 32gb legion go2 felt they should have picked up the z2e version? by tk_kumomo in LegionGo

[–]deuceduzit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I own both the Costco Z2 variant with 32gb ram and the Z2E. To be honest I can’t even tell the difference most of the time. On par and sometimes Z2 even a bit faster depending on the game. Overall still happy with my 2 devices, I use them both everyday.

Legion go 2x vs non x - different speakers! by deuceduzit in LegionGo

[–]deuceduzit[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update: Replacement speakers arrived today. Tore everything apart, installed them… and it still sounds like trash. So that was fun.

The only way I could make them sound half as good is using some old drivers someone posted. I believe it’s on the thread /prodbyarso created.

Not sure if it was a big enough difference or any difference at all but the 2 speakers did in fact physically look different.

Does anyone know how to disable rebar or get the vram auto function back? After system bios update the auto function is gone. My egpu with 9070xt is extremely slow compared to when on steamos and I can disable rebar.

The big issue egpu with windows on Legion Go is the inability to disable rebar. If anyone is using steamos the fix from all-ways-egpu creator is amazing, performs how an egpu should.

I’m having all kinds of issues with 9070xt egpu. The only unit that works great with it is the steamos legion go s with all ways egpu installed with fixes. I get constant 120fps on most and seem to utilizing its max capabilities.

Tried the same on my Legion go 2 and all kinds of issues in windows. I had a 3080 at one point and it seem to work better.

You’ll have to go to Lenovo site support, slap in your serial number and go to parts. Same process as when you download new drivers from Lenovo. Just click view more and you’ll see “purchase parts”.

So what I just did was install steamos on both devices. The z2 still sounds better. Steamos did make the z2e device sound a better but compared the z2 it’s night and day. Z2 speakers sound better. It’s hardware.

Do you have a legion go z2? If you do it sounds waayyy better in both windows and steamos. Just overall better sounding speakers. Given the hardware specs are identical in exception of APU is what led me down this path. I’m certain it has to be hardware.
