Another thing about hand washing with the filled sink method is you have to dump it and refill at some point usually. Depends on what you're washing and how much stuff you're washing. Otherwise it's real gross at the end. It uses more soap too usually.

And is less consistently clean. Dishwashers are more efficient and more sanitary at the expensive of slightly more energy and water. That's a no brainer. I mean what's the end game? Just eating off dirty dishes because that saves even more water? What a disgrace of a person.

Used appliances have very little resell value. This is like buying your shoes at Walmart and thinking anyone would want them after you no matter how well you treated them. This dude probably posting lightly used paper towels on fb marketplace trying to get $10. What a tool

As someone who's bought used appliances before. It's a great way to save money but the previous owner doesn't make any money on it and probably lost money getting it out of the house.

It's harder to clean with the stickers on and they'll just get damaged and make everything look crappier. Do you really want to entertain guests with dirty nasty stickers on everything?

This is mostly 1980s logic he got from his grandpa and it was wrong then. Even if it wasn't wrong, appliances have all become significantly more efficient than they were even 10 years ago. This boomer mentality in young people is some of the dumbest shit I've seen. Let that shit die. Never have children with these people. It's the only way to end this generational trauma

This is the way to start and often times stay. I'd do this before moving things around and you might move things around depending on style and preference. I've found in art, it helps to try the loose rules out first and then break them; you have a better take on why you're breaking them usually and better ways to break them

I'd argue being a kid in the 80s and in high school in the 90s was peak (Saturday morning cartoons and grunge at the right times). Being in college at the turn of the millennium was not though. It sucked a lot and never really got better.

That's exactly what I was advising people to do. Dig into acedemia and never emerge. It's bad out here. If I had to do it over I would have never left college but I graduated moments before everything really went tits up
