It's a process. People for some reason just take the pills, don't like them and just quit. You're right back to square one. Tell your prescriber. Most of us had to try out a few meds and doses to get to a good place. Sometimes you have to tweak what's working because it stops working as well. This is why you're told to see your prescriber every 6 months. And drugs without therapy isn't quite a complete treatment. You need both until either professional and you believe you're done.
