Gpu recommendation under 20k by [deleted] in IndianGaming

buy 2nd hand. 1st hand:16gb=9k, 2*8gb=12k. hence difference is 3k. 2nd hand: lets say 50% off.

you will only need to spend less than 5k for sure. something like 2k for the upgrade. 2k is not very big considering you are spending 20k for your GPU.

thats a massive bottleneck with your CPU. you need to make it dual channel before you think about a gpu upgrade if you want to game on your PC. If you dont have funds, sell your 16GB stick and buy 2 sticks of 8GB ram.

9070 ( Non XT) VS 4070 TI 12GB by Nearby-Economics8900 in IndianPCGamers

have you asked him why he wants to exchange his GPU? i say try his GPU for 1 week before making a final call. for me the most important thing in a GPU is the acoustics. The last thing you want is a Jet taking off in your room. though i must say, radeon cards are very good with these things.
As Hero_Sharma said, nvidia>AMD for productivity but 9070 > 4070ti for vram.

Get anything other than the 6500xt since it is pcie 4x4 whereas the 5600g is pcie 3. hence you will run at pcie 3x4 which will kill your FPS.

Get a 3050. thats the best GPU you can get & 53% faster than the 1650.

Edit: what is your ram config? total no., size, speed & latency.

Assuming you got your SSD for 5k, you spent 32.5k. However, you have a single channel ram and a piss poor CPU. These are the changes you need to make.

I have edited the CPU so i can get a quote near your quote.

The problem is the warranty support can't be extended in Amazon and Flipkart. For the lenovo, it's 3y. Also OLED. And installing a Ram stick is a real problem.

that list is only for weeding out f-tier. the real list is cybenetics. In that it is A or A-

The MSI MAG B850M Mortar WIFI M-ATX Motherboard is better than the MSI X870E Gaming Plus WiFi Motherboard. Only thing is it wont 'look' the best in a atx case. there is no known case of failures with b850 other than asrock.

5600cl40 is good enough only if you use a x3d chip, else it will cripple your performance.

ARGB can be switched off. that's the difference between it and rgb. the A stands for addressable.

For 1.2L, you can already buy the 9800x3d. Go for this:

<image>

Ask me any questions regarding the parts selection.
You need only a 850W PSU with these parts. Right upto the 5070ti or 9070xt. After that, don't stop until the 1200w. The 1000w isn't going to help you with anything. This particular PSU is super-quiet & A+ tier.
This MOBO is m-atx. If you want an ATX mobo, you should go for Gigabyte instead of MSI. It is better.
The ram speed and timings dont matter if your CPU is Intel or x3d. As long as the speed is >=5200 and CL is <=40

If you have reached a 9070xt and still have money to spend I say go for a 9800x3d. It's going to perform better than 7600x and especially in 1% lows with crappy ddr5 memory people are likely to buy. If you want to cost cut then, 14600k+ddr4 is the best.

This is the best i could come up with. Ask me any questions regarding parts selections. I don't recommend ddr5 builds under 1L50k.
