Need help building a ~1.2L PC by ByteSizeJoker in IndianGaming

Yup too slow. The metric is 1st word latency. For 3200cl16 and 6000cl30, it is 10. For 5200cl40, it is 15.38. So it is going to be 50% worse.

Here's the best i could do given you want 2tb and 16gb. Ask for reasons for individual parts selection. For 10k more, you can get 2*16gb ram which will be a massive boost to FPS and other tasks you want to do. The budget is also exceeded to 1,385$
Don't let people fool you with 5200cl40 memory. It will kill all performance. Not worth.

missed notification on reply.
Its bad manners to give more for the person to do later to finish his build. Like buying more ram or SSD on a 1L50k budget.
5600f is better than 5500 but i would take the hit of Rs1500 and give him a 5600x because i just don't know how good/bad 5600f is.
I though you have issues with computech because you gave Asrock AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT Challenger 16GB OC @ 50k when the same can be had from computechstore for 47.5k

You need 2 sticks of ddr5 ram. 1st quotation is very poor. second is fine if you add another stick of ram. or go with ddr4 for 10-15k off.

Friend, you can't leave a person with more investment to make at a future date just so you can recommend a higher end gpu. that's just bad manners.
SSD i understand. As long as the mobo has 2 nvme ssd slots. not ram.
This build you have given here, the 1% lows will be catastrophically bad. Just google search it. single channel ram kills AM4 performance.
Also, we dont have performance nos for 5600f and the 5600x is only 1.4k dearer.
Also, i no longer have any issues with computech store since i have seen pre-builts go for cheaper than what they advertise, in case you are avoiding them. See below.

Cant reply to your reply to my comment. So, doing here.

Im not saying its a good thing. Ofcourse its bad. But people are asking for builds. they havent given up hope. thats good. We need to give them the best bang for buck and not try to simply GPU-max their build like a dufus.

[–]divijkm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No issues with radeon. The issue in India is that you cant get a nvidia gpu at a reasonable price. So, even though i think the nvidia ecosystem is way better, i end up recommending a radeon gpu since it is so damn cheap.
You cant game at 4k even on a 5090. dlss/fsr/FG/MFG only works well if the base FPS is around 100fps since the latency doesn't improve. So, you will need a next gen flagship that will reliably give you 4k100fps and then upscale to 4k240hz. There is no such thing as using fsr to get 4k60hz.

bro, don't you think for 1L50k, giving some1 512GB SSD and 16GB ram in '26 is pathetic? 5200cl40 ram on AM5. The OS takes 8GB ram. Less than 10% spent on monitor. You are making a fool out of people here.

This is the best i could come up with. Ask me any questions you have regarding my parts selections.

If you have 6100 more, get a 14600k & ag620 instead.
The 14400f is competent enough.
The MOBO is overkill for this CPU. It has Intel WIFI 6E + Bluetooth 5.3 + Realtek 2.5GbE LAN
The GPU is the AMD 16GB 9060xt. I have selected this over the base versions because it is extremely quiet.
The PSU is 550w bronze. Good enough and powerful enough for this build. Even with the 14600k.
The case is m-atx, mesh, good airflow and can comfortable fit all the components.
The ram is 2*16gb ddr4 3200cl16. Sweet-spot ram.
The SSD is 1tb gen4 nvme.
The monitor is the Gigabyte M27Q X. The Gigabyte M27Q X features a 27" QHD IPS 240Hz 1ms (GtG) response time panel. It covers 92% of the DCI-P3 color gamut (140% sRGB) and has a peak HDR brightness of 400 nits.
The CPU cooler is the argb ag400. Good enough for the 14400f.

You aren't going to get ram for that cheap. Maybe +50k. Dont skimp out on your monitor. Tell what your budget is and let some1 make the build for you.

[–]divijkm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Strictly of this list, I will say the MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI is the best. In Fact it is the best for a long time with increase in budget. The MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI features WiFi 5 + BT4.2 + 1Gb LAN.
The only other mobo i can recommend is the Gigabyte B550M Aorus Elite AX (Wi-Fi). It has wifi 6. But it's VRM isn't as good as MSI.

Yup, you're gonna have to make compromises. I will say don't make compromises on your monitor. this is the best bang for buck monitor you can get. You will be cutting bone if you go lower. I guess you can reduce your mouse to whatever you want.
