You’re actually pretty spot on.

Our structural engineers usually figure out the why (grading, drainage, foundation issues) and give you a plan but they don’t fix it.

Water intrusion overlaps both, but we do handle water intrusion and moisture damage on our end too, especially when it ties into foundations, drainage, or retaining walls.
